By using keenroofing.ca, requesting a quote, booking an inspection, or hiring Keen Roofing Inc., you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

These terms apply to website use and general service expectations. Your signed proposal, contract, or work order for a specific project will control if there is a conflict with this page.

Keen Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding Ontario communities. Services may include roof inspection, repair, replacement, metal roofing, flat roofing, eavestrough work, skylights, storm damage response, and related exterior work.

Availability depends on weather, crew schedules, material supply, and site conditions. We will communicate delays as soon as we can.

Website prices, ranges, and examples are informational only. A free inspection helps us prepare an itemized estimate based on your roof, materials, and scope.

Estimates may change if hidden damage, unsafe conditions, or scope changes appear after tear-off or during work. We will discuss material changes with you before proceeding, except where emergency safety work is required to protect the property.

Booking an inspection or project date reserves crew time. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Weather, safety concerns, or access issues may require us to move a date. We will offer the next available opening.

To help work go smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property access and contact information
• Move vehicles, patio furniture, and fragile items away from work zones when asked
• Secure pets during work hours
• Tell us about known roof leaks, previous repairs, or structural concerns
• Keep children and visitors clear of ladders, debris, and active work areas

Manufacturer warranties follow the material brand's published terms. Keen Roofing workmanship warranties are stated in your signed project documents and apply to work we installed according to the agreed scope.

Warranties may not cover damage from storms, falling trees, unauthorized repairs, lack of maintenance, ice dams caused by attic conditions outside our scope, or normal weathering. Keep your paperwork. It is the best record of coverage.

Payment schedules are outlined in your proposal or contract. Deposits, progress draws, and final payment terms vary by project size. Late accounts may pause warranty registration or remaining work until the balance is settled, subject to applicable law.

If you ask us to help with an insurance claim, we provide documentation and scope support based on observed damage. Approval decisions belong to your insurer. You remain responsible for deductibles and any work not covered by the claim.

Photos, project examples, blog articles, and service descriptions on this site are for general information. They are not a promise that every property will receive the same materials, timeline, or price. We may update content without notice.

All website text, branding, and images are owned by Keen Roofing or used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without written consent.

To the fullest extent allowed by Ontario law, Keen Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or from project delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or third-party actions outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ontario, unless your signed contract says otherwise.
